Once an order is placed, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us securely and confirming the order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order.
After processing all orders are despatched using a 48 hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, and to many European addresses and 72 hours to outlying areas of the UK. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details.
Processing an order can be delayed due to being out of stock of the products ordered, in this case we will advise you.
Aisenthal Judaica ship anywhere in mainland UK, Ireland and Wales.
Aisenthal Judaica will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf, for the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Aisenthal Judaica at the time you make your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.
The price for postage is determined based on the weight of the product and the destination address.
Collect From Store
You may collect from our store during normal opening hours free of charge. Please bring your receipt with you as proof of purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order up until the credit card transaction has been made, after which you may return the goods within 7 days from when you received them, see our returns policy for more information.

Conditions of Return:
Before returning your item(s) be sure that you are eligible for a refund or exchange based on our conditions of return:
• The item must be returned in its original state in its original box and packaging, unused and unaltered.
• Merchandise that has been altered in any way may not be returned.
• Items must be returned with their original receipt or they will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
How to Return Your Purchase:
1. Contact our Customer service by phone, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, before you ship back your purchase, in order to insure that you are in accordance with our return policy and are eligible for a refund or product exchange. Our customer service will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) which you can insert on a memo and place inside the package. If you choose to email us, please specify the number of your order and the reasons you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
You may return the items(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Aisenthal Judaica will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
